Our Team:
Consist of Qualified as Company Secretary, Lawyer (LLB) and Insolvency Professional. Our key Member is also MSME Certified Consultant in the matter related GST. He is having very rich and versatile experience of around 3 decades in the Field of Accounts, Finance, Legal, Administration of the Organization for instance obtaining of various licenses and permission under various statutes in India and filing timely return with various Government body/authority.
Handled various compliance of filing of Income Tax Returns, TDS Return, GST Returns, Assessments under Income tax laws, Good and Service Tax Act etc.
Handled various banking work like preparing project report, obtaining working capital assistance, Term Loan and liaison with various banks.
